Recipes with Ballow's Chili

There are many ways to use Ballow's Chili. Customers across the United States are constantly finding new uses for this versatile chili seasoning. We'd like to share a few of our favorite recipes with you.

Frito Chili Pie Combine a bowl of Ballow's Chili with chopped onion and grated cheddar cheese. Top with Fritos. Chili Mac Add Ballow's Chili to a bowl of your favorite macaroni and cheese. Chili Cheeseburger Prepare your favorite cheeseburger and add Ballow's Chili to the top of the burger. You may need a knife and fork!

Ballow's  Smoked Chuck Wagon Chili Cheese Dip

*16 oz Velvetta cheese       * 8 oz grated Pepper jack Cheese      *1- 1 1/2 cups Ballow's Smoked Chuck Wagon Chili      * Pico for Garnish

Heat prepared Ballow's Chili on a Oak smoked grill. Combine Cheeses in a grill safe dish.  Melt cheeses together on the grill, stirring often.  Once cheese has melted, pour chili into the cheese mixture and blend.  Garnish with Pico.  Enjoy

 

Chili Dog

Top a plain hotdog with some Ballow's Chili, chopped onions, and grated cheddar cheese.

Chili Cheese Nachos

Spread out tortilla chips on a plate and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the tortilla chips. After heating up the nachos, add some Ballow's Chili.

Chili Topped Tamales

Top your favorite Tamales with prepared Ballow's Chili.  Add cheese and Pico for garnish.  Serve with guacamole.

Chili Pizza

Create your own homemade pizza, but replace the pizza sauce with a big spoonful of Ballow's Chili. Top with grated cheddar cheese and add any other toppings you may want. Bake in the oven until ready to serve.

Ballow's Famous Chili

Grab a box of Ballow's Famous Chili Mix and prepare it in a pot. Put some in a bowl and top it with some grated cheddar cheese. Enjoy!
